Selling a house while you're going through a divorce is rough. Clare kept it fair and kept both of us in the loop the whole time, which was not easy. She got the house ready, helped with the prep so the costs could be sorted out at closing, and the staging really paid off because we got multiple offers. We paid off the mortgage and both walked away with our share. She's actually still helping me find my next place. Grateful for how she handled all of it.

This was a hard one for us. It was an estate sale and a short sale at the same time and I was overwhelmed. Clare walked us through all of it. She found us a place we could actually afford, got us moved, and handled the sale side so carefully that we were able to move on without it hanging over us. She even stayed in it after and worked with the developer who bought the house. I don't think we could have gotten through it without her.

Clare and I used to pass each other walking our dogs around the neighborhood. When I decided to sell my condo and move down to Florida she handled everything. Sold the place, found me movers for the out of state move, and even tracked down a good agent in Florida to help me find a rental. That same agent ended up helping me buy down here later. We still talk every couple weeks. Right now she's helping with my daughter moving back up to the DC area. She just doesn't quit on people.
