Kimber came to real estate from education. She spent years as a teacher, including in deaf education, where clear communication is the job itself. Nothing can be assumed, every step is made visible, and no one is left guessing about what comes next.
She brings that same approach to The Grana Group. Kimber runs the team’s operations and strategy, from pricing research and market data to the systems that keep every client informed. She also leads the team’s buyer education work as the Homebuyer’s Teacher. She works with first-time buyers and people who were once told a home was out of reach. She walks them through the numbers, the loan options and the process, so their first conversation about buying starts from understanding, not pressure.
Clients often notice the difference in how things are explained. Kimber writes things down, lays out the tradeoffs, and makes sure every question gets a real answer.
